Rooms were big and had alot of space for me and my 3 kids. I loved the 1 hr of snack time I call it. Staff was very friendly. It made my whole time there feel like home.

The trundle pull out mattress was great however no linen available for it in the room. We had to go get some downstairs.

I did get to have breakfast and it was hot and delicious. I liked that there was a work area. fridge & microwave are always a plus! Shout out to Linda at the front desk and working the night shift on that day as she held my reservation open as I was at the wrong hotel and trying to make it to her before midnight! She stated, "Communication is key and as long as she knows, she could assist", and luckily, I had thought ahead to let them know. She was so helpful and cheerful when I finally arrived!!

Completely disappointed by this establishment. Room was terrible , customer service was terrible, breakfast was terrible, sanitary conditions at breakfast were terrible.

And while this hotel has been around for years, it is still one of our favorites with the layout consisting of separate rooms for the bathroom and shower, and the pseudo isolated front sofa and desk.

All was great, went for a quick getaway for Grandaughter's days off from school. She enjoyed the indoor pool. She also enjoyed the breakfast in the morning.

Beds were comfortable, bathroom & shower layout was nice. Plenty of space for a family of 6. Breakfast was really good! My family enjoyed the room. The general manger was sooo nice , I explained to her the issue with the bed bug shedding and she immediately gave us a discount. I cannot remember her name but she had glasses and dark hair. Very sweet & understanding!!
